any photos or videos of the issue/fault (we understand sometimes this may be difficult but this will provide us with enough information for our attending plumber when he arrives on site)

Who should be a Tenant’s initial contact?

A tenant should always call their leasing agent, this will allow the agent to contact Sydney Plumbing directly, the real estates preferred plumber or the Strata company for any strata related issues.
